Unboxing Video Is Mandatory
To raise a return, exchange, or refund request, you must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video. The video must:
- Begin before opening the sealed package.
- Clearly show the complete package and product.
- Show the product’s condition upon arrival.
- Be recorded in proper lighting.
- Be recorded without cuts, pauses, or edits.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

- Record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.
