🚫 No Returns or Refunds Without Unboxing Video

To ensure fairness and quality assurance, we strictly require an unboxing video as proof in case of any issues. This video must be:

  • Recorded while opening the sealed package

  • Clearly showing the product’s condition upon arrival

  • Taken in good lighting without cuts or edits

Without this uninterrupted unboxing video, we will not be able to offer a return or refund, regardless of the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don’t worry! Please follow these steps:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
