Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are available only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

To raise a return, exchange, or refund request, you must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video. The video must:

• Begin before opening the sealed package.
  
• Clearly show the complete package and product.
  
• Show the product’s condition upon arrival.
  
• Be recorded in proper lighting.
  
• Be recorded without cuts, pauses, or edits.
  

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

1. Record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.
   
2. Email us at backdroplayers@gmail.com.
   
3. Mention your order ID.
   
4. Attach the unboxing video and relevant product images.
   

After verification, our team will arrange a return, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Refund Processing

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  
• Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
